Some photographer friends and I planned a little film shoot at this amazing wedding venue in Pala called the Condor’s Nest Ranch. It was a super fun day and I’m absolutely loving all the images I got! I was so anxious to get these back from Richard Photo Lab that when I did I literally bounced in my seat with happiness! I have so many images I want to share from the shoot that I’ll be breaking it up into two or three posts.
Here’s Kaylie and Matthew. I adored their look, they’re chemistry, and how they braved the freezing rain for us and were pretty much up for anything! All of these images are straight out of my camera with no editing other than resizing and watermarking. Aren’t the colors just so yummy? There’s just something about film that gets me every. single. time. It makes me fall in love with photography that much more…..and I already love what I do!
There were so many places to shoot at the Ranch. Literally every corner turned was an amazing backdrop including this old red wagon.
I really thought we’d have some sun for the shoot, but it poured and poured instead. Here’s Kaylie twirling in the rain. How cute is she?
I can’t even begin to pick favorites because I love these all so much.
A big huge thank you go out to these wonderful and amazingly talented people!
Alice Hu for being the master mind behind this amazing shoot.
Lisa and Bob who own The Condor’s Nest Ranch in Pala, Ca. I only met Bob that day, but you won’t find a warmer, more funny guy than him! I loved hearing all his stories. And trust me, he has some good ones! And the venue is incredible.
